The foundation “Giacomo e Lucia Perrone” is a civil incorporation and a legal person of private law. It is a non profit organization that aims to take care of poor and severly disabled children as an unique and specific purpose. The assistance and care is completely free of charge.

The charter and the constitution act of the foundation was passed by the 5a Promotoria de Justiça, in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, on the 23 July 2002, with resolution number 01/2002, and was registered at the national cadastre for legal persons CNPJ with the number 05.596.271-75 on the 20 March 2003. Moreover, the foundation was declared a non-profit organization on the basis of Communal law Number 91 by the Prefeitura di Jaboatão dos Guararapes on the 11 May 2006.
